Rootin' Tootin' TYG

Rootin' Tootin' is our very chill, yearling 14.3h colt, foaled late June 2023. He has a naturally curious mind, gentlemanly disposition, innate intelligence, effortless athleticism, and great conformation. Because of all these qualities, he will be a wonderful all-around superhorse and respectful, cherished friend. He is a respectful and well mannered colt, who has not yet been cut, since he would make a fantastic performance stallion. He lives in a mixed herd and is supervised constantly by his kindly alpha nannies.

He is andled daily with trimming, leading and trust/respect in place.

Now a year old, he is already quite the charming gentleman, with a naturally sweet, brave, focused and curious mind, effortless athleticism, and great conformation and markings. Very good manners and focus, a quick people-pleasing personality (think Rubinstein) and a joy to be around.

Rootin' Tootin' is bound to excel in any discipline: he has the athleticism and movement of a warmblood, but also has the "look" and refinement for a top hunter. He is a respectful, kind, quality companion and will be a very competitive partner. He is as yet uncut since his DNA warrants consideration as a stallion candidate, and (if appropriately raised) his kind, quiet, respectful personality will allow him to simultaneously be a performance horse if his new owner desires. But of course, he will make a wonderful flashy gelding.

Rootin' Tootin' has impeccable DNA that includes German and Dutch Warmblood, Oldenburg, Hanoverian, and old European thoroughbred bloodlines.
His dam carries and dressage lines like Waikiki,, Furioso II, Lehndorff, Weltmeyer, Bolero, and Art Deco as well as the great jumping lines of Prinz Gaylord, Gofine (who founded the Gottard line), as well as the the best of the thoroughbred lines including Northern Dancer, Pas de Nom, Distorted Humor, Seattle Slew on his dam's side.
He also has the RPSI-, ISR/OldNA-, and GOV-approved sire Rosall from his father, carrying the Rubinstein, Calypso, and Abhang (who founded the A jumping line) lines…. Does this shout TOP EVENTER? Top HUNTER? yep.

He is a respectful, kind, quality companion and competitive partner. Pasture/field raised for best tendon/bone/ligament strength, with excellent feet.

Rootin' Tootin' has a calm, respectful demeaner and has been handled all his life, being consistently straightforward to handle and train. He has smooth, floaty gaits and a teddy bear personality, which is the hallmark of his Rubinstein bloodlines.

Like all our horses, he is being raised in a mixed-gender, large pasture next to a busy road so he can grow up having room to run and play while getting used to a loud roadside environment.

RT's mother is a quality, Westfalen-registered mare named Leialoha TYG and she is an Art Deco, Waikiki, Bolero, Lendorff, Gofine mare (see "Leialoha TYG" under her page).

RT's paternal bloodlines include the great German sporthorses: Rosario (passing down the DNA of (Rubinstein/ Abhang and with a distant relative Northern Dancer (through Danzig), Mr. Prospector, Managerial, Seattle Slew.
