She comes from outstanding German dressage and jumping bloodlines. Her 1/2 brother, Worthy Opponent was 2nd in the US Hanoverian stallion inspection and a preliminary level eventer.

Leilani’s ‘s sire, Waikiki, scored 143.08 in dressage and a 107.84 in jumping at his 1999 stallion performance test at Adelheidsdorf. Waikiki is by the stallion of the century, Weltmeyer. Waikiki’s dam line is of Bolero (the grandsire of Brentina II, Debbie McDonald’s 2004 Olympic mount), and Goldfine (the founder of the Gottard line).
