Adelta is a 16.3h reliable, fun and safe jumper, who is currently leased to an amateur for fox hunting and trail riding until January 2022. She is appropriate for a quiet-handed Amateur intermediate rider or a confident advanced-beginner working under a trainer.

She has competed in a one day Eventing trial, and shown in Open Jumpers.  She hauls well, settles into new environments easily, and is well behaved on trails.  She  has reliable flying changes, has clinic experience, and has been ridden by two different riders as part of the UC Davis Hunter/Jumper team. She is brave, personable, athletic, smart, with no “maintenance issues” other than needing regular normal shoeing.  Her rider prefers to maintain her on oral Altrenogest (Progesterone) during the breeding season, and to feed her no alfalfa hay, as it helps her to reliably focus during the breeding season.
